Life transitions can feel overwhelming, whether you are navigating a relationship, shifting careers, or struggling with feelings of loneliness, depression or anxiety. If you find your relationship with food, your body, or sleep is bearing the brunt of that stress, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
I provide specialized, compassionate therapy tailored for adults and older teens in Alameda. My practice focuses on helping individuals break free from the grip of anxiety or depression , food and body image struggles, talk thru any struggles with friendships, relationships or work stressors, quiet the racing thoughts behind chronic sleep issues and find their footing during difficult life transitions.
By moving away from rigid insurance constraints, my private-pay practice ensures your care individualized, confidential, and collaborative. Meeting in person at my Alameda office allows us to build a genuine, grounded connection, while flexible telehealth options are available for East Bay residents. Together, we will work to restore balance, cultivate resilience, and help you feel like yourself again.
I provide a variety of therapeutic formats tailored to your comfort, lifestyle, and clinical needs. All individual sessions are 50 minutes long.
Healing happens best when we can connect in a shared, grounded environment. I welcome adults and older teens into my private office space in Alameda. In-person therapy provides a dedicated physical container away from the distractions of home or work, allowing you to focus entirely on your growth.
For clients who find sitting in a traditional office stifling or intimidating, I offer Walk & Talk sessions along Alameda’s beautiful public paths and shoreline. Combining gentle physical movement with therapy can help release trapped anxiety, break through emotional stagnation, and make deep processing feel more natural. Available for established local clients after an initial clinical assessment.
If you have a busy schedule, live elsewhere in the East Bay, or simply prefer the comfort of your own environment, secure video sessions are available. I utilize a fully HIPAA-compliant video platform to ensure your privacy is completely protected while providing the same high-quality care as an office visit.
Therapy doesn't have to happen in isolation. I facilitate small, specialized therapy groups focused on eating disorder recovery, sleep restoration, and navigating major life transitions (such as transitioning out of high school or adapting to adulthood). Group therapy offers a unique opportunity to find community, reduce shame, and realize you are not alone in your struggles.
