I provide dedicated, private-pay therapeutic services tailored for adults and older teens. Whether you are navigating a major life shift, looking to heal your relationship with food, or struggling to find restful sleep, my goal is to provide a highly individualized and collaborative environment for your growth.
Life rarely follows a predictable script. Whether you are an older teen navigating the intense pressures of transitioning out of high school, an adult undergoing a career change, or someone adapting to a major shift in identity or relationship status, these periods can feel disorienting. I help you manage the accompanying anxiety, process the grief of what you are leaving behind, and cultivate the resilience needed to step confidently into your next chapter.
In a culture filled with conflicting messages about food and bodies, it is easy to feel stuck in a cycle of shame, restriction, or control. Drawing from my clinical background and body-mind frameworks, I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space to treat eating disorders and disordered eating. Together, we work to untangle the root causes of these struggles, heal your relationship with food, and help you inhabit your body with greater peace and ease.
Chronic sleep issues tear at the fabric of your daily life, affecting your mood, focus, and overall health. If you are struggling with racing thoughts at bedtime or broken sleep patterns, standard talk therapy is often not enough. I provide focused, evidence-based tools to help you quiet your nervous system, untangle bedtime anxiety, and retrain your brain and body so you can finally achieve natural, restorative rest.
To best support your lifestyle and clinical goals, I offer a variety of experiential and traditional therapeutic formats:
In-Person Individual Sessions: Held in my warm, confidential office space located right here in Alameda. In-person therapy offers a dedicated physical space away from daily distractions to focus entirely on your healing.
Walk & Talk Therapy (Outdoor Sessions): For local clients who benefit from combining gentle movement with clinical processing, we utilize Alameda’s beautiful public paths and shoreline. Movement can be exceptionally grounding for releasing trapped anxiety. (Available for established clients following an initial clinical assessment).
Telehealth Video Sessions: Secure, fully HIPAA-compliant video sessions are available for residents across the East Bay, offering premium care from the comfort and convenience of your own environment.
Somatic Integration & Yoga: As a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, I incorporate gentle movement, breathwork, and nervous system regulation into our sessions when clinically appropriate and aligned with your goals.
Specialty Therapy Groups: I facilitate small, private-pay groups focused on community support for eating disorder recovery, sleep restoration, and life transitions.
Because every individual’s path to healing is unique, my practice operates independently of insurance company mandates. This ensures your care is completely confidential, flexible, and tailored strictly to your timeline and needs.
Individual in office Session Fee: $160 per 50-minute session.
